You book, got the access number, go to the locker room location (bright yellow, eye-catching location), input your access code to the vending machine (multilingual machine, very helpful), open the designated locker, then store your bag there, you can re open the locker with the same access code within the period of your rent, and finally don't forget to lock back the locker properly after use. "The one I used is very close to the VOLAinBUS shuttle station (it's a kind of parking for other buses, too), near the SMN (Santa Maria Novella) Railway Station. It is quite visible marked (you can find also photos of that place on Google) and pretty accessible. Very friendly communication with the screen from inside the room. It is not very big and you should choose the bigger locker if you have a suitcase of around 20 kg. (normal size). The prices are reasonable and increasing per the number of hours. It is a safe and clean location which can facilitate you a pleasant visit of the beautiful city of Florence."

We were able to fit 4 larger carry on bags and 1 smaller one in, although since some were a bit overstuffed, we had to be creative with our placement in the locker. We used this service in 3 different cities, very easy. One note of caution: Make sure to take the paper receipt when you first open your locker, since it has the unlock code so anyone could open your locker if you forget to take it. Also, when opening your locker, make sure to select that you are done with your reservation (there's 2 choices it asks you) because they don't know for sure that you finished your reservation on time otherwise."

When the large locker didn’t fit everything we wanted to put in, we tried renting another locker, they were all sold out. We were able to store one 21 inch and one 24 inch bags. We ended up just carrying around our carry ons. Also make sure you take the right exit from the train station, towards Via Luigi Alammani. We exited on the Piazze Della Stazione side and ended up walking several blocks in the opposite direction before turning the right way."
