"Did as expected. Although it does not calculate the duration based on the time you arrive, but rather what you have pre-requsted online. Example: You reserve 7 hours but they want you to specify a time. If you areange 11 until 6, but dont activate until 11 15, the allocated time does not run on until 6.15, which i found frustrating."

"I was really happy to have found your service because I really needed to leave my bags to go to the event. It was very easy to use and self-explanatory. The only issue is that doors to the storage room closes between 23:00-07:00, so you have no access to your luggage. I needed to leave my things only for a few hours during the night and because of room being locked, I missed my morning train at 5 AM as I couldn't get my luggage out. My mistake, because 'opening time' was mentioned on the door, but I would never think that I wouldn't be able to get my things back when I needed to."

"Actually it is easy to use and helpful but it will be better if we can choose the locker. I rent the big locker (maxi) because I had a big luggage and it was heavy enough. But when I finished the payment and the locker is opened, I surprised because I got the locker that is on top. I was very struggling to put my very big luggage inside and I must took out some of my stuffs from the luggage and put it aside so it became lighter a little bit. But it was still difficult to put it on top and I was alone at that time. Hope later the service will be better."

"Der Geschäftsraum mit den Schließfächern war schnell zu finden und nicht weit entfernt von der Porta Nuova. Der Automat war in mehreren Sprachen bedienbar. Darunter war kein Deutsch, jedoch Englisch. Man hatte zudem die Möglichkeit im Vorfeld herauszufinden, ob das Gepäck in ein großes oder kleines Fach passt, da "Testfächer" vor Ort sind. Unser Gepäck bestand aus vier Reisetaschen und passte in ein kleines Schließfächer. Die Entnahme des Gepäcks war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich würde es nochmal in Anspruch nehmen. Der Raum und die Schließfächer waren zudem sauber."
