"This is a GREAT business idea, and it was just what we needed. Furthermore, when I booked the reservation on my phone, I thought I was checking that we had 4 pieces of luggage. Instead, I obviously booked 4 lockers!! I called the customer service line and within a very short period of time I had an email confirming the refund for the 3 extra lockers. "Easy and very practical. At the beginning i feel a bit insecure because i did not see any CCTV camera around. It is good that the locker password was sent to your email / phone but still the locker can be more secure if there is CCTV around. We did store our big luggage on the big locker and we got it back in one safe piece. Kudos to the Stowyourbag team to have this facility nearby the flagship landmark."

"Stow your bag saved the day when we picked a hotel with a bad location. Saved us a ton in taxi fares back-and-forth to pick up the luggage after sightseeing and before a cruise. When our two 28" bags didn't fit in the large locker we had to rent another one, which was fine, but we ran into a little glitch. The girl on the other end of the intercom did a great job straightening that out for us. All in all, a good experience."

"Fast and Easy. 1. Pre-Book Online, its easy and cheaper. The bigger locker fits one checked medium/large luggage roller and a duffel and carry on back pack or purse. The smaller locker will not fit two American carry on rollers - we tried. We had to get an extra locker at the storage unit place. 2. Sizes - Smaller One (Fits one carry on roller and a purse/bag) The Larger one fits one bigger checked luggage suit case. Easy to use - make sure you have your locker code.. you will need it. Convenient and right next to Sagrada."
