"We had the largest storage locker and were able to fit one medium checked bag, one carry-on, and one backpack. The lockers were convenient and easy to use. I would definitely recommend reserving ahead of time, as there are not very many lockers. The place itself is a little difficult to find, because the only signage is on the door itself. Overall, I would use it for luggage storage again."

The timings with the payment showing per hour was self explanitory. Once the timing option was picked and payment made, the looker clicked open. It was huge. We stored five soft hand luggage bags with room to spare. A code to open and a time to collect by on the receipt and our bags were safe as houses until collection. "Just steps from our Airbnb, this place was great. Our locker took 2 large duffles, a two full day packs and some random stuff. (Our friends had two roller suitcases, two day packs, and other stuff. While it wasn’t inexpensive, it was totally convenient in a popular part of town (Rialto) and you could go back and open to retrieve or stow more items during that time period. Would have liked a 12-hr option. Great service"

"A perfect option for our overnight trip to Venice. For us the location was only a 15 minute walk from our rental apartment and we had no difficulty finding it which says a lot in Venice! The process was easy and took only a minute or two (it's all self-service via a touch screen). A couple of suggestions if you use it - it may be better to book in advance as there aren't many lockers. Also, be aware that like some places in Europe, it requires a PIN with your credit card. We wound up using a debit card but as Americans, a PIN with a credit card still surprises us at times. I would definitely use this again if there is a location close enough to where we stay."
