Our deposits are open year-round, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Some of them may have different opening hours, please double check for specific hours on the page of the location you are planning to use
You have two easy options:
Online booking: input your arrival date, length of deposit, and how many lockers you would like to reserve. Pay by using your credit card and a confirmation will be sent you via e-mail. Important: print the confirmation because it shows your access code to open your locker.
Book directly at your chosen deposit: you will be able to hire your locker and pay by credit card by using the VERY user friendly touchscreen of each deposit. Once your purchase has been completed, withdraw your receipt which has your access code to open your locker.
Important: payment has to be made by credit card only, payments in cash are not accepted
You will be able to book up to 5 lockers with a single reservation. If 3 lockers are not enough for your necessities, you can make as many reservations as you need.
NB: Not all luggage storages are equipped with both lockers. Please double check on the page of the location you plan to use.
When you book at the luggage storage, the system prints a receipt for you that contains the code to be used to reopen the locker. For greater security, the system also sends you an email and an SMS containing your personal code.
Lockers have a minimum lenght of deposit of 1 hour, while the maximum length of a deposit is 60 days.
In this event, in order to collect your bags, the exceeded time will be charged to the hourly rate increased of a 50% as a penalty. You will be able to easily settle the difference by paying this amount by credit card and afterwards collect your luggage.
If you should be getting back at your chosen deposit after closing time, you will have to wait until the following day when the location will reopen. An additional hourly cost, increased of a 50% penalty, will be applied upon collecting your bags.

Unfortunately your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Of course! After having stored your luggage you will be able to open your locker without interrupting your reservation. This is possible up to 30 minutes before your reservation ends.
Hiring a locker has an hourly rate (range 1 hour to 60 days) and each locker has a capacity of up to 4 hand bags (sizes approved by major Airline companies). An average hour cost is approx. € 0,30 each bag.
Either on www.stowyourbags.com or at all our locations you will be able to pay by credit card Visa and Mastercard along with Maestro circuit.
Keep in mind that, when paying by credit card at our automatic lokers, your PIN might be requested, so have it ready! If you are purchasing your lockers online, an additional security code might be necessary (Verified by Visa or Securcode by Mastercard).

Luggage is 100% safe, but, in the unlikely event of either a theft or any damages, each piece of luggage is insured up to 300 Euros with a company leader in the insurance field, called Generali. You cannot be more safer than that!
