"We used this service in Verona and would definitely recommend it. We pre-paid and received the code a month in advance as we like to pre-plan. The location was excellent, we had dinner before collecting our bags and then caught the 11pm sleeper train to Munich. Safety of our bags was our biggest concern, however, Stow my bags had 24/7 video security and we had no problems. The service was excellent and we will definitely use them again"

"I tried to put two bags in after booking the standard, but I couldn't. The size of the storage box seems to be smaller than announced. In addition, the storage box I received was the highest, so it was very difficult to put the bag in. In conclusion, I couldn't put my bag in. If you think it's the right size for your bag, please find another warehouse."

"safe and stupid storage locker rooms, you cannot take it out between 11 pm and 7 am It is in Verona where events in the Arena generally end after 12 midnight also, some people might need to catch a bus after 11 pm also, you could have some emergency in that case, the contact number on the website replied with a standard automated reply "Our service is only available between 7 am and 11 pm" I don't think it can be used in emergency also, the kiosk inside the StowYourBags will keep threatening to fine you 30Euroes or more if you misread, you will be fined"

"Excellent location, really easy to use and the locker was big enough to fit x3 cabin suitcases and x3 additional 'under the seat' bags. I would absolutely recommend pre-booking as it is quite small with not a HUGE amount of lockers. We didn't realise we could pre-book (also didn't realise our accommodation didn't have anywhere to store luggage!) so a bit of a last minute panic and desperate hope that a locker would be free! But alls well that ends well and we didn't have to drag our cases over the cobbled streets of Verona for 6 hours - very happy indeed!"
