"The process of using the storage unit was easy and very smooth. Instructions are provided at the kiosk that allow swift access to the bins. However, the sizing instructions are a touch misleading in that they indicate that a standard bin will hold two standard sized suitcases. On that recommendation, I ordered a standard bin to store two bags. However, the bin was barely big enough to hold a single, standard sized suitcase. It had room to store two of what would be classed as carry on sized bags, and NOT standard sized bags. I had to purchase a second bin, on site, in order to store the second bag. This would have been a touch tricky should all the bins have been booked! The company needs to adjust their sizing chart to reflect the reality of what can be stored."

"I’ve used a couple of luggage storage facilities in other cities (Paris, Seville) but neither were as smooth, easy and efficient as this place! It worked so well. You receive the info you need via text & email. You go there (it’s very close to the train station) and even though there is no human being located there, the onscreen instructions are so very clear and easy to understand, you don’t really need to ask a human being anything (I hate to say that, as I do worry technology is making human beings obsolete but it’s true!) Even when you do have an issue, all you do is press the button above the screen and there’s a human being for you to immediately talk to. Unfortunately, even though I’d measured my suitcase before leaving home, it turned out I couldn’t fit it into the standard locker I had paid for. I spoke to someone via that button and she explained I’d have to make a new reservation for a maxi locker instead but I would be refunded the amount I paid for the previous locker. I purchased and used a larger locker & I also received an email confirming the refund in writing. My issue was dealt with quickly and all went well overall. I’d highly recommend using this very convenient luggage storage option."

I deducted one star because I felt your ad should clearly state (in addition to street address) the exact name of the closest train station to StowYourBags. Now we were debating which train station would be the closest one and ended up getting off on the last stop. We realized later that the previous stop would have been closer. We don't usually mind walking but it was a bit hot (almost 40 C) that day to be hauling luggage around Malaga."

Operating the locker system was easy. There's a touch screen in the locker room where you enter a code to open your locker. A safe place to store valuables until you need to retrieve them later.
