To access the Stow Your Bags' luggage storage in Florence, it is necessary to have an existing booking, in compliance with the decision of the Muncipality.
But no need to worries! You can easily book trough this page or direclty outside the shop, by scanning the QR code available in the shop window!
Don't worry, your locker will remain closed and your bags safe!
If you come back later than the end of your rental, to reopen your locker you will have to pay the extra cost per hour or per day of your delay.
However, in respect of other travellers that want to use this service, we kindly ask you to observe the pick-up time you indicated at the booking time!
The luggage storage closes at 11pm. If you come after the closing time, you will necessarily wait for the reopening the next morning (starting from 7am) to pick up your bags, by paying the hourly extra cost.
Keep an eye on the clock to avoid any problem!
Defintely yes! Our lockers are solid and safe and all the lugagge storage are constantly video-monitored, no one will have access to your luggage except you!
Stow Your Bags offers highly secure luggage storage but in any case there is an insurance up to €1000 per bag already included in the price of your rental!
